§ Mr. WALSHArmy Order 204 of 1924, paragraph 2, authorises a 5½ per cent. reduction "in all daily and annual rates of pay, including consolidated rates." The fact that consolidated rates of pay are inclusive of allowances is fully appreciated and was taken into account when the Army Order was framed.
