§ Major ATTLEEThe reason is that a contingent of the Officers' Training Corps is, generally speaking, of greater potential military value than a cadet corps. Also the conditions applicable to the two organisations differ and are, generally speaking, more exigent in the case of the Officers' Training Corps.
