§ Mr. JOWETTI have been asked to answer this question. The responsibility for the maintenance of post offices in Northern Ireland rests with my Department, but an arrangement has been made whereby the actual execution of work is carried out by the Works Department of the Ministry of Finance of Northern Ireland as an agency service.
