Mr. ALEXANDERI have been asked to reply. If the attention of the Board of Trade is drawn to any case in which apparently a firm or individual liable for registration under the Registration of Business Names Act, 1916, has failed to comply with the provisions of that Act, inquiries are at once made, and the question of taking proceedings is considered. Perhaps the hon. Member will, accordingly, be good enough to send me copies of any circulars, such as he refers to, which may have come under his notice.
