§ Mr. BLACKasked the Minister of Health whether he will set up a committee to inquire into the necessity for, and the advantages of establishing, a minimum standard in the administration of all health services included in his Ministry in order to secure that the health interests of the public shall be conserved in areas where the local authorities may not be progressive; and whether he will include expert medical officers of health upon such a committee?
§ Mr. WHEATLEYAs at present advised, I do not think the appointment of such a committee would be of advantage.
