Mr. W. A. JENKINSasked the Home Secretary if he is aware of the political activities of the Russian subject., M. Edvard Soermus, and that this gentleman quite recently took part in a political meeting at Merthyr, where he with his violin led the singing of the Red Flag; and will he refuse extension of the time already allowed to M. Soermus for his stay in this country?
