§ Mr. HARTSHORNThe Post Office practice is to allow its staff to take the main portion of their annual leave in the period from March to October. This practice is applied to cable jointers. The supply of cable jointers is sufficient for present and prospective requirements, and no special steps are necessary to augment the supply.
