§ Lieut-Colonel MOORE-BRABAZONI regret that I am not in a position to furnish the information desired by the hon. Member. Such crossings have in each case been constructed and are being worked by the railway companies under specific statutory authority, and similar authority would, as a rule, be necessary before a crossing could be eliminated.
