Postmaster-General whether he is aware that a small parcel of private greeting cards was despatched from Hull on 17th December and was not delivered to Mr. Toleman, stationer, of Battersea Rise, until the evening of 22nd December; that a similar parcel, despatched from Hull on 21st December, was not received by him until Christmas morning; and that both parcels were delivered too late to be of any use; and whether he can state the reason for this delay?
