§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREThe Order in Council, which was passed on the 19th December, has only recently been for-412W warded to the Governor of Ceylon, and will be published when it reaches his hands. The only important change provides for an additional territorial constituency in the Southern Province, thus increasing the total number of unofficial members in the Legislative Council to 37, out of a total of 49.
