§ Mr. WADDINGTONasked the President of the Board of Trade whether the negotiations now taking place between representatives of the German Dye-makers Combine and the British Dyestuffs Corporation are for the purpose of establishing a working agreement under which the British Dyestuffs Corporation shall become the agent of the German dye-makers for the sale in this country of German dyestuffs; and whether the directors appointed to the British Dyestuffs Corporation by the Government have received authority from the Board of Trade to support these negotiations?
