§ Mr. CLYNESWhen the remarks attributed to my Noble Friend, made at a private meeting in a private house, were published, the Serb-Croat-Slovene Government protested, and His Majesty's Government immediately explained to that Government the circumstances in which the remarks were made, and expressed regret. The Greek Government have made no representations.
