Mr. ROBERTSI am afraid it would not be practicable to adopt the method suggested by the hon. Member. It has always been open to a pensioner to make representations either to the Ministry or to the War Pensions Committee against a reduction made in a dependancy pension and the facilities for making complaint (which have recently been extended) should ensure that there is no difficulty about any pensioner affected having full opportunity of bringing his or her case to notice. There is no time limit for making complaint.
