§ Lieut.-Colonel LANE-FOXasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware of the very inadequate accommodation available for the squadron of Yorkshire Hussars that have their headquarters in Middlesbrough; whether he has seen the reports made by various inspecting officers condemning that accommodation; has he been made acquainted with the similar view of the North Riding Territorial Association; and whether he can hold out any hope of any improvement of accommodation in view of the impossibility of maintaining, under present circumstances, the efficient training of this squadron?
§ Mr. WALSHI am aware of the inadequacy of these premises, and a scheme has been approved for the provision of additional accommodation. The County Association were duly notified on 24th January last.
