Mr. ADAMSONHitherto there has been a consensus of opinion amongst those concerned in Scotland in favour of collective negotiation for fixing agricultural wages and conditions of service. Before reaching a decision on the point mentioned by the hon. Member, I propose to take such steps as I can to ascertain whether there has been any change of opinion in Scotland on this matter.
