§ Mr. MILLSasked the Secretary of State for War if he will submit a return giving the following particulars in respect of the vaccinal condition of recruits found fit for service for each year since 1908, namely, proportion per thousand having marks of vaccination, having marks of small-pox and having neither marks of vaccination nor marks of small-pox, respectively?
