§ Mr. AYLESasked the Minister of Pensions whether, seeing that the right to decide who may appeal in pension cases is, in England and Wales, vested in the Lord Chancellor, he will refer to the Lord Chancellor all cases in which the right to appeal has been disallowed by any other authority?
Mr. MUIRMy hon. Friend is, I think, under a misapprehension. The cases in which a right to appeal exists are determined by the provisions of Section 8 of the War Pensions Act, 1919, as amended by Sections 4 and 6 of the War Pensions Act, 1921. I am sending my hon. Friend copies of the Acts referred to.
