Mr. C. WILSONasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Overseas Trade Department whether, and, if so, in which of the States of the Dominions, Acts are in operation of similar effect to the Queensland Arbitration Act of 1916, together with recent Amendments thereto?
Mr. THOMASI will send my hon. Friend a list of legislation in the Dominions empowering the setting up of tribunals for the regulation of wages and settlement of industrial disputes, and shall be glad to place copies of any of the laws mentioned therein at his disposal.
