§ Mr. HARTSHORNProvision has been made in the Draft Estimates for 1924–5 for a scheme of reconstruction at the Manchester head post, office, which will remedy the defects in accommodation to which the hon. Member draws attention. This work cannot of course be begun until the Estimates are approved by this House.
