§ Mr. WHEATLEYI am aware of the need for houses in the district in question. I was not aware of the particular cases referred to in the second part of the question, but I may point out that 85 houses have already been erected in the rural district with assistance from the Government under the Acts of 1919, arid I have approved a scheme for the erection of further houses under the Act of 1923.
