§ Mr. HARTSHORNThe British Post Office is already a party to the International Postal Convention of the Universal Postal Union. Adhesion to the subsidiary Parcel Post Agreement would offer no special advantage to traders in this country The British Post Office is in a position, under present arrangements, to introduce by direct negotiation with the other country concerned any additional facilities which may be decided upon.
