§ Mr. TREVELYANThis matter is receiving my consideration, and I hope soon to be in a position to take action. In making any appointment I shall do my best to secure the person who by qualifications and experience is best fitted to fill the post, and I propose in due course to notify publicly that I am prepared to receive applications.
