§ Mr. WHEATLEYThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part, I have the question of the reconstruction of the registration service under consideration, but I regret that at present I cannot hold out any hope that it will be possible to introduce legislation dealing with the matter in the present Session.
