§ Sir K. WOODasked the Minister of Health whether there is any indication of a falling off in the extent of the outbreak of influenza; and whether he is taking any special steps to deal with the outbreak?
1765W
§ Mr. WHEATLEYI am advised that it is not possible to predict with certainty the course of the present outbreak of influenza, but there are indications that its maximum incidence will be reached shortly. The disease appears generally to be of a mild type, and it has not been considered necessary to take any special emergency measures.
