Mr. ADAMSONMy attention has not hitherto been called to the matter referred to by my hon. Friend, but I shall be glad to consider any cases which he may care to submit to me. As at present advised,1546W however, I am not disposed to think that legislation on the lines he suggests would be practicable or would be likely to achieve the end he probably has in view.
