§ Mr. WHEATLEY11 local authorities in the County of Durham have not yet submitted schemes under the Housing, Etc., Act, 1923, but I am aware that certain of these have schemes under consideration. The following are the names of the local authorities who have not yet submitted schemes:
Bishop Auckland Urban District Council.
Brandon and Byshottles Urban District Council.
Durham Town Council.
Spennymoor Urban District Council.
Stanhope Urban District Council.
Stanley Urban District Council.
Tow Law Urban District Council.
Barnard Castle Rural District Council.
Hartlepool Rural District Council.
Stockton Rural District Council.
Weardale Rural District Council.
