§ Mr. WHEATLEYYes, Sir. My attention has been drawn to the Report of the Newcastle-upon-Tyne veterinary inspector, and to the representations of the City Council with reference thereto. With regard to the second part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to the Milk and Dairies (Consolidation) Act, 1915, the operation of which is postponed till the 1st September, 1925, by the Milk and Dairies (Amendment) Act, 1922.
