§ Mr. S. WALSHThe hon. Member is no doubt aware that this Report has been published as Cmd. 2031, and may be obtained at the Vote Office. As indicated in the reply given on 21st January last by my predecessor to the hon. Member for Ormskirk, the Army Council have in the main accepted the proposals of the Committee, and the work of carrying them out is in hand. I shall no doubt have an opportunity of referring to the subject when the Army Estimates are under discussion.
