§ Mr. AMMONKing's Regulations, Article 1, lays down that new orders affecting the ship's company are to be read to their men by Divisional Officers, and that copies of such orders are to be displayed in some accessible place for at least a week. The Admiralty consider these measures sufficient for the promulgation of the orders in question.
