HC Deb 15 February 1924 vol 169 c1186W
Captain BOWYER

asked the Minister of Pensions whether he will inquire into the case of Mr. A. E. Panter, of Harrold Road, Lavendon, near Bedford, late No. 043200 Oxford and Bucks Light Infantry, whose application for leave to appeal to the pensions appeal tribunal was only one or two days out of time; and will he, in these exceptional circumstances, grant him leave to make his appeal?

Mr. F. O. ROBERTS

The time limit for appeal is statutory, and I have no power to extend it. I am inquiring whether the case is one for medical treatment.
