Mr. WEBBThe payment of £3,399 represents the difference between the actual proceeds of sale of reparation timber and the prices fixed with the concurrence of the Reparation Commission some time before the sales were made. The market price of sleepers fluctuated considerably while deliveries were being made to this country.
