§ The PRIME MINISTERSo far as His Majesty's Government are aware, the execution of the contract for the extension of the Port of Suez gave rise to litigation in the Egyptian Mixed Courts and to several administrative inquiries, the outcome of which the Egyptian Government presumably consider to justify their recent action.
