§ Lieut.-Colonel BUCKLEYThe Regulations as to the supply of medical stores are enforced in the ordinary way in the case of all foreign ships to which they apply,i.e., foreign ships carrying more than 50 steerage passengers to ports out of Europe, and not within the Mediterranean Sea. No exception is provided by law, and none is made in practice.
