§ Mr. GWYNNEI have been asked to reply. As the hon. Member was informed in reply to his question of the 9th April, the matter is not free from difficulty. It is being carefully considered with a view to carrying out, as far as may be possible, the object the hon. Member desires, but I am not in a position to make any statement at present.
