§ Major KELLEYasked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been called to the death at Ecclesfield, South Yorkshire, on 6th May, of a young man who climbed a pole carrying an electrified wire from a colliery and was electrocuted; whether there is any obligation to make such poles inaccessible or whether a minimum height is prescribed; and, if not, whether he will take steps to enforce safeguards?
