§ Mr. McNEILLAt the invitation of the Mexican Government, the United States Government have appointed two Commissioners 2181W to exchange impressions and report to their respective Governments, with the view of hastening a mutual understanding. No such invitation has been received by His Majesty's Government, with regard to whose attitude I would refer the hon. Member to my replies to the hon. Member for the Abbey Division (Brigadier-General Nicholson) on the 30th April, and to his own questions of 14th March.
