§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSI do not think it desirable, on the strength of the 1651W incident to which the hon. Member refers, to make any permanent arrangement of the kind suggested. The general question of the uses to which broadcasting should be put is, however, one of the matters which the Broadcasting Committee have been asked to consider.
