§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREI regret that I am not yet in a position at present to add anything to the answer which I gave on Thursday last to a similar question by my hon. and learned Friend. I hope, however, to be able to make a comprehensive statement when the expected reply has been received from the Free State Government in regard to this matter.
