§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSSuggestions that the time limit for posting ½d. packets should be entirely withdrawn are still received occasionally from trade organisations. I cannot see my way to relinquish the substantial savings and administrative benefits which have resulted from the introduction of the arrangement. The hon. Member is probably aware that the hour for posting was made later throughout the country on the 19th March, to the public advantage.
