§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREI regret that the information desired is not available in a. readily accessible form and that the investigation necessary for the preparation of a comprehensive statement cannot be undertaken in present circumstances. I will, however, communicate with the hon. Member with a view to ascertaining how far I am in a position to assist him.
