BARLOWThere are a great many interests which might claim to be represented on this Committee, but its membership must be kept within reasonable dimensions, and for this and other reasons I came to the conclusion that on the whole it would be best that. the members should all be women. The Committee will no doubt take evidence and will thus he able to ascertain all relevant views.
