§ Major BOYD-CARPENTER:The claim submitted for examination by the Reparation Commission was 127 milliard paper francs. The Commission arrived at a total of 132 milliard gold marks for all Allied claims, but have never indicated their assessment of individual items. As regards the second part of the question, I am not aware of any such estimate having been published.
