§ Mr. SHORTasked the Minister of Health the number of local authorities which have created schemes for the benefit of the blind under the Blind Persons Act, 1920?
Mr. CHAMBERLAIN:135 local authorities out of 145 have submitted schemes under the Blind Persons Act, 1920, and I learn that five other authorities have schemes at present under consideration.
