§ Sir J. BAIRDThe scheme for the provision of an additional storey is not being proceeded with. In order to avoid capital expenditure, consideration is being given to alternative proposals, and the matter is now under discussion with the Post Office. The sum of £10,000 has, therefore, been surrendered.
