Member for Norwood (Mr. Greaves-Lord) in reply to a similar question on the 1st March, the only figures I can give are those of convictions after arrest in the age-groups used in the criminal statistics, namely, as regards persons under the age of 16 and persons between 16 and 21 years. The figures are as follow:
