Mr. CHAMBERLAINI assume that the model bye-law to which the hon.1596W Member refers is that which requires the use of a mechanical stunning instrument in the slaughter of animals. I am sending the hon. Member a list of the 73 local authorities who have adopted the bye-law in question.
