§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREI am aware that the position is serious, but pending the forthcoming discussions with the Governor and others in this country no trouble need be anticipated; indeed, if the case were otherwise my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State would not have contemplated the Governor's leaving the country.
