§ Mr. O'NEILLasked the Prime Minister whether he is aware that a definite pledge was given by the late Coalition Government on the Second Reading of the Government of Ireland Bill, 1920, that the completion of land purchase in Ireland on the lines of the Report of the Irish Convention would be carried through without delay, and that tins pledge was subsequently endorsed by the late Prime Minister; and can he say when legislation for the completion of land purchase in Northern Ireland will be introduced?
