§ Mr. BALDWINWith regard to the first part of the question, it is not in such cases considered desirable in the public interest to disclose offers received for Government property. The answer to the second part of the question is in the affirmative. It was decided, after very full consideration, that Government requirements were not such as would justify the retention of the factory.
