§ Viscount WOLMEREffective claims in respect of all admissible categories of damage from some 16,000 persons remain to be considered by the Royal Commission on Compensation for Suffering and Damage by Enemy Action. It is not possible at present to give any indication as to the time which will be required for the necessary investigation of the outstanding claims, which must take place before payment of awards can be made.
